You will always see this little pile of books on my desk and all of my information I need is in it. Now, I have tried some fancy smacy system to stay organized but as you can see I have gone back and stuck to my traditional form of pen and paper. I like it and I am going to stick to it.
I usually keep a planner for all my appointments and clip my weekly to do list on it.
I also have a separate book that each month I write down all my bills that have to be paid for that month and the date that they are due. As I pay my bills I highlight it so I know I don't have to worry about it. The reason I do this, is because it reduces stress of missing a bill. It works for me.
Just a side note: I pay the bill within a week of us receiving it. So If I receive the bill on the 5th of the month and its due on the 24th. I no way wait. I pay it within the week of receiving it. This helps us stay in control of our finances and reduce stress. And as part of being a busy mom, I don't need anymore stress. :)
