"A picture is worth 1000 words"

When I first graduated high school I was really into photography. I took classes and spent most of my free time in a dark room. I planned on having some type of photography career and my family and friends agreed. Currently my photos are all over my moms walls in pride. Everything began to start becoming digital and my days in the dark room were lingering. I felt the true art was taken by the high technology of the digital camera. So I quit. There were other factors involved but ultimately that was my feelings.

In my photography days, I placed in contests as well as landed a pretty good job as a photographer in upstate New York for a summer. My mom was too scared for me to take the job in New York so I let her win her fight of me not going.

I enjoyed photography and till this day I have thought of taking on my old hobby again. And.. after years of contemplating over a camera I finally bought me a new present. =) I spent the day playing around taking pictures of the kids. I cant wait to start taking some good pictures. This camera is amazing!!
