Having a Mother Goose Time

Week 2 of summer break is almost in the books. It has been eventful and fun. The kid's most favorite part of their day is their adventures they have been going on with Mother Goose Time. Everyday, they bug me to do their activities. We sing, play and read all day long. As a mother who is beginning her homeschool journey, I have truly loved the last few days. Our first weekend off, we remodeled the kids room to be more fitting for our little homeschool in our 1400 sq. ft home.

I purchased this whiteboard from Hobby Lobby for $40. My intentions were to use it for homeschool but that doesn't start until August, so circle time display it is. This is in the kids room. I think it is perfect. I love the rustic farm feel that it gives. It is magnetic too, so that is a plus.

This week, we talked about homes and apartments. I pulled out my Usborne's Very First book of Things to Spot at Home and talked about things we see in our home. We talked about RVs and traveling. We pretended to take a road trip, turned on the radio and traveled to Mexico. We truly were having a Mother Good Time.

I receive Mother Goose Time for free in return for my honest opinion and sharing the way I use it in my family child care program.
