Baby #4

As most of you know, I am two weeks away from baby #4! To top it off, its a boy! I am nervous, yes really excited to experience a boy after three girls. I love the girls and they are so much fun to play with that I don't know what I am going to do with a little man around. I have spent several days gathering a list of everything that we need for the arrival. I wanted to be especially prepared this time around because we have a lot going on this summer and very little time. In hopes to not have to leave the house  in the weeks after baby, I wanted to stock up on essentials. So today, we spent several hours gathering everything we thought we may need. This also included school supplies for the girls. I wanted to get them early because come mid July, I will already be back to work and off to Kansas City for a conference. Matt and the two little ones will be coming with us, so I want to be ready for that as well so we are not overwhelmed when baby comes.

Before I went on our big shopping trip, I put together a list that would help any mom preparing for baby. I did not put diapers on the list because I got plenty at my baby shower and I am also going to use cloth diapers when at home. I will discuss that more in a later post.

I can't wait for his arrival.
