We eat out. We make things out of boxes. We opt for convenience and familiarity. It’s not like we eat Pop Tarts, Twinkies, and TV dinners (eew). BUT, we dont eat half as well as we should. I am ready to change that. I do not know how many times I have heard "I'll start tomorrow!" and I never do. It is a never ending story. But, I feel so guilty feeding my children pizza and boxed macaroni and chs when I can easily make a meal that is healthy and well balanced. I know for me, my energy has declined in the past few years and I am tired of feeling bloated and gross after eating my favorite juciy hamburger. Its tough when Joslyn is the only person in this household who likes every possible fruit and vegetable. Matt, Hailee and I just cant stand most, but should! I need to find a plan that will work for us and get our kids on healthy tracks. I am tired of junk food. Any suggestions how to change the way we eat?
Try to write a weekly menu. That works for us..
